Unusual payments, duplicate invoices, changed supplier bank details, mismatched amounts, possible stock loss and unusual patterns over time can be flagged for a person to review. A flag is a question, not an accusation, and not every case will be caught. Nothing is paid, blocked or changed without approval.
- Market and competitor intelligence
Up-to-date information on your sector from public sources (competitors, prices, trends and news), summarised in regular reports with each source linked so a person can check it.

Kutchi runs on Agentic OS, our own operating layer for AI agents. Specialised agents each handle one part of the back office (inbox, documents, admin, chasing, books) and share one record. Agentic OS coordinates them and enforces one back-office rule: agents propose, people approve. The important parts, such as calculations, business rules and the checks behind stock control and fraud detection, are custom-built and hard-coded for your business, and AI drives the work around them.

The Kutchi client drone is a high-end, dedicated AI machine with 128GB of memory, installed on your office network and powerful enough to run AI models locally. It runs the Agentic OS agents on site, next to your files. It reads your source folders read-only and writes its outputs to a separate space, each traced back to the files it came from. It holds no other customer's data, and it reports only its health and job status to Kutchi, over an encrypted link with no ports opened on your router.
