Privacy notice

How Kutchi Ltd handles the details you send us through the enquiry form on this website, what the website loads when you visit, and your rights under UK data protection law (UK GDPR).

Last updated: 23 October 2026

Who we are

Kutchi Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. Registered in England and Wales, company no. 17125954. Registered office: 11, IG2 7PL.

What we collect through the enquiry form

When you send an enquiry, we receive what you type into the form:

  • Your name
  • Company
  • Email address
  • Phone number (optional)
  • The service you choose from the list
  • Your message
  • The language of the page you sent it from

Name, email address and message are required. The rest is up to you.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and, if you want to go ahead, to arrange a call and discuss the work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries about our services and, where you ask us about working together, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Not used to train AI models

Enquiries are handled by a person. Nothing you send through the form is used to train AI models.

Who processes it for us

The website is hosted by Vercel. When you press send, your enquiry is passed by our website, running on Vercel, to our email provider, Zoho Mail, and delivered to our business mailbox, where we read and reply to it.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows.

When you visit this website

You do not have to send us anything to browse the site. When you visit:

  • Hosting. Vercel, which hosts the site, processes technical data such as your IP address in order to deliver the pages to your browser.
  • Fonts. The fonts are served from this website itself, so no third party receives your IP address when they load.
  • Visitor statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views. It works without cookies; Vercel states that visitors are counted using a hash created from the request, discarded after 24 hours, and that the data is anonymous and aggregated.
  • Cookies. This website does not set cookies.

Vercel is based in the United States, so some of this data may be processed outside the UK. Vercel is certified under the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, which the UK recognises as giving adequate protection, and its data processing terms also include the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. Zoho Mail stores our mailbox in its EU data centres.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct it if it is wrong
  • Erase it
  • Object to our use of it
  • Restrict how we use it
  • Data portability: receive the details you gave us in a common electronic format, or have them sent to another organisation, where the law allows

To use any of these rights, or to ask about this notice, contact us through the enquiry form on this website.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
